SSCC #29 Isaiah 12:6

Good Sunday Morning!  Today starts another weekly challenge inspired by scripture over at Stampin Sisters in Christ.   Our hostess for this challenge is the super talented Peggysue.  The scripture Peggysue chose for us this week is taken from Isaiah 12:6 "Shout aloud and sing for joy, people of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel among you."    The challenge for us is to make a card that shows or expresses JOY or Joyfulness.  Super challenge Peggysue, thank you so much!!

Our sponsor this week is the wonderful Town Scrapper.  I've personally never heard of them before, but after going to their website, I know I'll be back there soon.  They carry some of most popular stamps out there.  Check out this very super cute humble pie stamp that's up for grabs for one lucky winner.   But you have to enter to play:)

For my card, I used some dp from K&Co. 'poppyseed'.  Then I made the frame using the SCS tutorial here.  It was super easy.  I printed the verse on my computer.

For some more inspiration, please head on over to SSCC to see what the other DT sisters have created.  Some real eye candy:)  Thanks for stopping by.

Hello Kathy
This is a lovely card. I's so glad I found SSCC recently - it's so inspiring.
In particular I want to thank you this week. Your card inspired me to create soemthing that turned into a new product for my store. As a thank you I would like to offer you a free copy of the kit
If you would like to accept the gift, please email me so I can send a copy to you.

I know you framed the sentiment or verse but I think you should hang up the card itself, its beautiful with the wood grain background and the swirl embellishment. Just a neat combination of color and shades.
