DD5: Make your own Embelishments!!

Good Morning!! It's time for another "Double Delight" challenge. This week is Kris' turn to pick the challenge. She chose to make your own embelishments. So use this weeks free D2D digi from Faith, Heartfelt Wishes, and make your own embellies. As you can see, or maybe not, but I made a shaker card. The snow globe is actually that, a snow globe. For my embelishment, I made snow. How you ask? Well, I took 2 styrofoam balls and rubbed them together to make little snow-like flakes. I also put some snow underneath the globe. I know it's a bit crooked, but I tried. Them I made the flower and the heart button. The sentiment is from an old SU set, not sure what it's called (ooops).

Designed2Delight is sponsoring the Embelishment challenge over at Crafters Digital Art Center.
This challenge runs for 2 weeks beginning today (July 29-August 11, 2010)
There's even a prize for the winner, AND a FREE DIGITAL STAMP for everyone to grab!! So be sure to stop on by and take a look.

Also, be sure to stop by the D2D blog and take a look at what embellisments the DT have made. Very nice things to add to your card. Ok, I'm signing off now. It's late and I'm headed to bed:) Thanks for stopping by. Oh, remember to link your card to the D2D blog and Double Delight blog to get your name entered in for a GC to shop at the D2D store. Thanks~
