I'M A TOP NOTCH ARTIST!!

That's right!!  I'm so excited to be chosen as a Top Notch Artist for Doodle Pantry.

  Laurie has some of the cutest digi images and here is just one of them.  I used the freebie image we recieved for playing in the Doodle Pantry Digital challenge #7 going on now til the 20th. You also have to see the new releases that came out on Feb. 5th.  You can see them here.

I'm also excited to find out who the new DT members will be.  Feb. 21 we will all know!!  Good luck to all who applied:)

For my card I used some dp from My Minds Eye, and K&Co.  The image of course if from Doodle Pantry as well as the sentiment.  I added some flowers I got for Christmas (from my sis:)) and a swirly.

"Sisters"

Hello stampers!! Today I have a card I made using the digi "Kate and Lizzy: sisters" from Sweet n Sassy stamps. The sketch is from The Sweet Stop sketch challenge. This week is a sketch with a spin, to use a tag somewhere on your card.
I'm going to send this card to my sister, Kris. She has been such an inspiration to me over the years and I love her so much.

I used dp from K&Co. and then added some ribbon and a prima flower. As you can see, the tag says 'sisters' and there are a few dew drops on there as well. Thank you so much for stopping by. Have a great week.

New Challenge Blog!!

Welcome Stampers!! I have an announcement for you. My sister, Kristine, and I have started a new challenge blog. The name of our new blog is Double Delight Challenges. It is in conjunction with Designed 2 Delight's progressive challenge. For awhile now, we have been challenging each other to 'Sister Challenges' using D2D freebie images. This is how it works, we each take turns picking a challenge in addition to the D2D image. You can read all about it on our new blog here. Feel free to pick up the blinky badge to display on your blog. I chose to do the first preview challenge. That was to make a Birthday card along with the D2D image called 'Beary Big Gift'. That bear is so cute behind that big present. I used dp from K&Co. along with DCWV 'Flower Shower' pack. I also used the sketch from Sketch Saturday for this card.

For my card, I used the freebie image from Isabella's sketchbook.  The dp is from K&Co. and the lace and button I got from the craft store.  I also used the MS punch.

For the party, I am bringing the drinks.  How bout some nice cold lemonade...

Shabby Chic La La

Good Evening friends!  Here is a card I made today using La La with a rose.  I'm entering it in the La La Land Challenge #35, which is Shabby Chic.  I'm not exactly sure what that means, but I think I got the jist of it in my card.  I've distressed the edges to make it more shabby feeling.  I used the Ancestry dp pack from K&Co.  and added some lace and a flower charm.  Then I added the flower in the corner to finish it off.  One lucky player will win a $10 credit to the La La Land store.  The stamp on sale this week til Tuesday is the Princess La La at 20% off.

  I'm also entering this card in the Wee Memories Challenge #3.  That challenge is to use flowers on your card/project.  The prize for this challenge is a $10 gift certificate to Simon Says Stamp.  Whoohoo!!  There are a ton of stamping supplies over there, so make sure you enter this one:)

Let's Get Scrappy with Soft Hues, Flowers and Ribbon!!

Good Afternoon!!  I have a card here that I made for 2 challenges.  The first one is for La La Land Challenge # 34.  The challenge for us is to use SCRAPS.  Anything we have laying around.  Maybe on our craft tables or piled up in bins and boxes.  For my card, I used scraps leftover from the card to make my flower and a little scrap piece of ribbon.  The dp is from K&Co. called 'hopscotch'.  Very pretty and soft colors in that stack. 

 Also, one player will WIN a $10 Credit towards any rubber stamps of your choice in the La-La Land Crafts store!!  Oh ya, you simply must  go over and take a look at the new releases.  They are so adorable:) 

The 2nd challenge is for the Tuesday Morning Sketches #41.  Melissa has a recipe for us to follow this week instead of a sketch.  The recipe is....Soft hues, flowers, and ribbon.  Easy enough.  I used some soft pink ribbon and made my flower using the SU flower punch with 2 buttons in the center.  One lucky winner will win 3-5 images from Doodle Palace and they have some real cute images over there.  Isn't that great!!  Thank you so much for stopping by today.  Have a great week:)

 

SSCC # 34 Philippians 4:4-7

Happy Sunday!! Today we have another scripture inspired challenge over at Stampin Sisters in Christ Challenge blog. I do hope you'll hop on over and possibly participate in our challenges. For my card, I purchased the scripture from SNSS. The dp I used is from K&Co called Ancestry. Very pretty and vintagey. I added some lace and a butterfly charm. Some pearls set off the corners quite well and the ribbon flower and leaves too.
